Presidential candidate for 2016 Zoltan Istvan in a recent interview outlined his transhumanist party election stance. He said that he wants to see a world where research is done into extending life by the use of mechanical hearts etc instead of into warfare. That the world has enough bombs already. That his transhumanist vision is a world where you can live for ever. Which will come about in the next 10-30 years. Would you really want that?
At the moment his party has about 35,000 members and it is growing at the rate of about 5,000 members a month. Not great figures if compared to other party memberships I’m sure you’d agree. However, He says that there are many millions of transhumanists around the world with about 2 million people who would call themselves a transhumanist.
Zoltans’ third-party, The transhumanism party has about 50 volunteers working on his campaign for his 2016 presidential candidacy bid. Although he doesn’t feel he will win the election. He is asking the public important questions like how do you feel about designer babies or Artificial Intelligence and the Military. As well as other important question like how do you feel about getting the disabled out of wheelchairs with exoskeleton suits.
When it comes to the funding for this explosion of transhumanism. Zoltan wants to take money out of the endless wars in the middle east and use it to pay for reasearch and development of these devices. He says that there is Trillions being used for these wars. Which could be better spent on research and development, into education and medicine. He says that his transhumanist party is concerned with the health of the average American citizen. He wants to put those resources into their health so that they can live longer and better.
I’m going to say it again for those who have yet to read my views on transhumanism. Transhumanism is Skynet. It is a trojan horse that will deliver slavery, obedience and compliance on a mass scale. Freedoms will be lost for ever.
